Hello Crafty Friends!  Are you creating some fabulous Home Decor projects using Xyron Adhesive? Remember this week Xyron is all about HOME DECOR!!! The Xyron Team is having a  Xyron Hashtag Challenge and it is in full swing on Instagram! If you are unfamiliar with a Hashtag Challenge, its basically where a ‘’challenge’’ is announced each week, and you use the #hollyjollyxyron to share your projects that go with that challenge Then, once the challenge week is up, the Xyron Design Team will pick a winner of the challenge and that person will be featured on all of our Instagram pages AND will win a Xyron Creative Station! So join us on Xyron to do the #hollyjollycards Challenge this week. Load those Home Decor Projects up and follow along with the Xyron and the team!

I am sharing my Holiday Sleigh Home Decor project that I created using Xyron Creative Station and Graphic 45 St Nicholas Collection!

I began by first tracing the sleigh shapes on to my designer paper with a pencil. Fussy cut out trace image. (I use my Xyron Creative Station to apply my adhesive on my paper but any adhesive will work.) Apply adhesive to paper cuts and place on chipboard.

Mask off the pattern paper with post-it notes to protect paper. Apply Boss Gloss to sleigh runners and apply embossing powder. Heat set. Repeat for other prepared sleigh.

Continue using Boss Gloss and embossing powder to emboss sleigh runners chipboard outline pieces. Form sleigh and adhere prepared runners to the sides.

Cover Christmas Shapes with pattern paper; adhere to side of prepared sleigh.  Add bow, chipboard and charm to side.

Add metal door pull and bow to front of sleigh.

Add chipboard piece to back of sleigh and fill with your favorite candy.

I hope I have inspired you to grab some Christmas/Winter papers and your favorite Xyron Adhesive…REMEMBER…enter them in to the #hollyjollyxyron on Instagram! Winners will be selected from the United States and Canada for this challenge!  Hugs Pam
