I hope you have enjoyed this week of inspirational post from both
the Stampendous Design Team and Eileen Hull’s Inspiration Team….
I am in awe of how wonderful both teams are!!!
I proud to be part of each team.
I began my Mushroom House Candy Canister by first die cutting
the canister die using Sizzix white mat board.
Mist the chipboard with Margarita Memories Mist.
Allow to dry completely.
Apply Dreamweaver Crackle Embossing Powder using Quatrefoil Stencil and palette knife.
Allow to dry completely.
Stamp image with black ink randomly around canister box.
Stamp background image on light brown card stock with Chestnut Roan Ink.
Die cut stamped paper with Mushroom Die Cut.
Ink roof and house with distress ink using blending tool.
Ink roof and house with distress ink using blending tool.
Using distress inks and paints color the detailed stamp images on top of mushroom house.
Adhere roof and house to top of prepared canister box.
Adhere moss to bottom of canister box.
Fill your Mushroom House Candy Box with your favorite candy.
Add a pretty butterfly to the top.
I hope you have enjoyed my tutorial on how to make a festive
Mushroom House Candy Box.
